
Oven Orange-Glazed Carrots
Ingredients:
¾ pound baby carrots
3 T. dark brown sugar
3 T. butter
3 T. orange juice
Directions:
Boil the carrots until just soft. Drain. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir in the brown sugar and orange juice. Toss in the cooked carrots. Place in a casserole dish (uncovered). Place in a pre-heated 375° oven. Bake (stirring frequently) until glazed (10-15 min.). Serve warm.
