Mango and Saga Cream with Pomelo （楊枝甘露）
300 ml skimmed milk
1 T. brown sugar
2 T. sago
Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add sago. Stir continuously and cook for 5 to 10 minutes until translucent. Remove from heat and remain covered for 15 minutes until translucent.
Put the sago into a strainer and rinse under the running tap. Rinse with drinking water briefly and drain.
Skin and see pomelo. Tear the flesh into fine shreds. Skin and core mangoes. Dice one of the mangoes and blend the remaining with milk and sugar.
Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate until cold. Add a little relatively-low-fat coconut milk if preferred.
